Manager-RE (E-4 Grade) 28 B.E. (Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Control & Instrumentation/Civil/Mechanical) with minimum 60% marks from any recognized university.
Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in power sector including 04 years in Renewable Energy (RE) development related departments.
Maximum 40 years Manager Finance (E-4 Grade) 05 Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant)/CMA (Cost Management Accountant) with 10 years experience. Preference will be given to candidates working for RE developer companies.
Maximum 40 Years Manager Land (E-4 Grade) 01 Full Time PG Degree / PG Diploma / PG Program in Rural Management / Rural Development / Displacement / Resettlement / Rehabilitation / Community Development / Local Governance / Local Development / Livelihood / Social Entrepreneurship / Social Development / Social Administrator / Sustainable Development / Development Policy and Practice / Development Studies etc. OR MSW or MBA or Engineering Graduate having at least 60% marks. Minimum 10 years experience.Max 40 years.
How much will I be paid?
All posts (RE Manager, Land Manager, Finance Manager) shall be placed in E-4 Grade / IDW Scale. Salary will be fixed between ₹ 70,000 – ₹ 2,00,000 per month. The monthly salary will be enhanced as the candidates will get DA, HRA and other benefits as per NGEL rules along with the basic salary.
