Who is eligible to be a Supervisor in BHEL?
Educational Qualification: Full time Diploma in any branch of Engineering or Technology from a recognized University/Board with minimum 60% marks (50% for ST Candidates).
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience after qualification on construction sites. Experience in switchyards, power plants or refineries will be an asset.
Computer Knowledge : The candidates should have knowledge of computers.
Age Limit: Maximum age 35 years (as on application deadline). Reserved categories will get relaxations as under:
SC: 5 years.
PwBD (General): 10 Year
PwBD (SC): 15 yrs
Candidates who have been residents of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from Jan 1, 1980 to Dec 31, 1989 : 05 Years

BHEL Vacancy 2026 Joining Salary
Tenure: 2 years, fixed term.
Wages:
1st Year: Rs. 45,000/- Per Month
2nd Year: ₹48,000/month
Medical Benefits : Premium will be paid for mediclaim policy for self, spouse & dependent children up to a limit of ₹5 lakh.
Accommodation: BHEL light (guest house/transit accommodation) facility for stay will be provided.
BHEL Vacancy 2026 Selection
BHEL will not conduct any written examination for selection of candidates.
Eligible candidates will be called for personal interview.
In case of large number of applications, a Merit List will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the Engineering Diploma.
10 candidates will be shortlisted from the merit list for interview against each vacancy.
